Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders over £79 qualify for free delivery.
Standard Shipping: Orders below £79 are subject to a £6.99 shipping fee. Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link with full delivery details.

Fast Shipping

Orders processed by 12:00pm are typically delivered within 1–3 days. All shipments are handled by our trusted delivery partner, DPD.

Shipping Standards

To maintain consistent service quality, we follow Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. The key guidelines are outlined below:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day are generally sent to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.

• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse on the next business day and are usually shipped that day.

• Processing Time: Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of processing, provided it is a business day.

Please note that orders placed during holidays, weekends, or at the beginning or end of the month may be subject to minor delays.
